1. Purpose

4. Anti-scraping

Automated extraction of site data is strictly prohibited under Luxembourg database protection law (April 18, 2001) and Article 509-1 of the Luxembourg Criminal Code. Civil and criminal proceedings will follow.

5. Technical logging

Each visit is logged technically (anonymised IP, timestamp, pages, user-agent) and retained for 13 months for security, abuse prevention and legal compliance.

MAPA Property is not liable for content on third-party sites linked from this site.

7. User conduct

Users must not disrupt the site, introduce malicious content, infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law. Breaches lead to access blocking and legal action.

The estimates, simulations, market analyses and data presented on this site are provided for informational and indicative purposes. They rely on public sources (STATEC, Observatoire de l'Habitat, ABBL, Central Bank of Luxembourg) and on MAPA Property's proprietary algorithms.

MAPA Property accepts no liability for any use that may be made of this information, for decisions taken on its basis, or for any discrepancies with market reality or the user's individual situation.
