London remains the most liquid global market for residential Trophy Assets. Prime Central London (Mayfair, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Kensington, Chelsea, Notting Hill) shows prices of €16,000 to €50,000/sqm, with records on superprime assets (One Hyde Park, certain Georgian squares). The rest of the city (zones 2 and 3) ranges from €8,000 to €16,000/sqm. Brexit marginally redirected flows but London remains a safe haven for international investors.
